Shipping Area:
We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements for standard shipping.
Order Processing & Delivery Times:
We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. Our shipping timeline is as follows:
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days, Monday – Friday
Order Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days, Monday – Friday
Total delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after you place your order.
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the 5:00 PM cut-off time, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers:
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your lighting products, ceiling fans, lamps, and lighting accessories arrive safely and on time.
The carrier used for your order may depend on the product size, weight, delivery address, and carrier availability.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The tracking link may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Address Changes:
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is in transit.
If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@lightingnyccorp.com with your order number.
For damaged products, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and assist you.
