Return and Refund Policy
At Lighting NYC Corp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and easy-to-understand return policy.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition. This means the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, manuals, accessories, hardware, remote controls, bulbs, glass shades, fan blades, mounting parts, screws, and other included parts must be returned with the item.
Items that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please email our support team at support@lightingnyccorp.com with your Order Number and reason for the return.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs:
For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Lighting NYC Corp will cover the return shipping cost. There will be no return shipping cost to you.
For Customer Remorse:
If you purchased the wrong item, the item does not fit your needs, you no longer want the item, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
If we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a customer remorse return, the actual return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Items and Charges:
Installed, used, altered, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, installation fees, service fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect product.
Exchanges:
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, color, finish, or model, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
