Shipping
Q. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements for standard shipping.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated delivery timeline is:
Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days, Monday–Friday.
Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days, Monday–Friday.
Total estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after you place your order.
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Q. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used for your order may depend on the product size, weight, delivery address, and carrier availability.
Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.
To be eligible for return, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All original accessories, manuals, hardware, remote controls, bulbs, glass shades, fan blades, mounting parts, screws, and other included components must be returned with the item.
Items that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Q. Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, Lighting NYC Corp will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning the item due to customer remorse, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or the item not fitting your needs, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
Q. How do I start a return?
Please email us at support@lightingnyccorp.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Orders & Tracking
Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website or our order tracking page to check your package status. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lightingnyccorp.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
After reviewing the issue, we will assist you with a replacement, return, or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Q. What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us at support@lightingnyccorp.com with your order number and photos of the item you received. If the wrong product was sent, Lighting NYC Corp will cover the return shipping cost and assist you with the correct solution.
Product & Installation
Q. Do lighting fixtures and ceiling fans require professional installation?
Some lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, chandeliers, and hardwired electrical products may require professional installation. We recommend using a licensed and qualified electrician where required.
Lighting NYC Corp is not responsible for damages, injuries, code violations, or product issues caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, or unauthorized modification.
Q. Are product colors and finishes exactly the same as shown online?
We try to display product images, colors, finishes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device display differences.
